All Organizations Are A Security Target
The majority of enterprises and organizations have experienced a security threat of an advanced nature. The Ponemon Institute in conjunction with NetWitness conducted a survey and research comprised of nearly six hundred IT professionals and security experts, discovering eighty three percent are convinced their businesses and organizations were targets of a motivated security threat. Seventy one percent of those in the survey stated they noticed an increase in higher security threats have occurred in the last twelve months. Seventy percent of the research participants stated that nowhere in advanced security threats represent a higher and dangerous threat in the security environment.

The major portion of survey participants noted advances in progressive security exploits and malware were able to escape their antivirus and security breach detection technologies. Furthermore half the attacks involved very sensitive and proprietary information including financial information, source code, and non-financial business confidential information. The other fifty percent realized that the attacks were towards employee records and their list of customer and consumer data.
“Existing procedures are in place but hekp in the realm of current technologies have been unable to decrease the situation.
